At Original Tote Pan Co, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality British-engineered tote handling and storage equipment. Our products are built to order and shipped promptly once manufacturing is complete.

1. Manufacture & Dispatch Times

Your order may take 7-15 business days for processing and ready to ship as most of these products are made to order according to your specifications.

After processing, shipping may take 3-5 days. This means we are able to deliver your products in 10-20 days.

Production lead times may vary slightly depending on order volume or custom specifications. We will always give you an estimate delivery date.

2. Delivery Methods and Delivery cost

We use trusted national couriers and freight partners to ensure your goods arrive safely and on time. All standard orders are shipped for £59.00.

For non-standard orders (which includes large orders and those of a value of £250 or more) we will contact you in advance to arrange shipping.

Standard Shipping(UK): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

At this time we are not able to accommodate international shipping as a standard for purchases made via our website. However if you are based outside the UK, you are welcome to contact us on hello@originaltotepancompany.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details or delivery confirmation from our logistics partner.

4. Delays & Communication

We aim to keep all deliveries within the stated timeframes. In the rare event of delays due to material shortages, high demand, or courier issues, we’ll contact you promptly with an updated estimated delivery date.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers or delivery partners, even if they cause your order to be delayed beyond our estimated delivery time. 

5. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your items upon arrival. Any damage or discrepancies should be reported to us within 30 days of delivery to ensure quick resolution.
