2. Age Requirement
You must be 16 or over to purchase goods from this site.
3. Products
We offers custom-built, made-to-measure products. You are responsible for providing correct measurements and specifications. We cannot accept returns of made-to-measure goods unless they are faulty or do not meet your provided specifications.
4. Use of Images
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, dimensions, and features may vary slightly from images displayed on your device. When you purchase from us you acknowledge that we will be unable to accept or return items on the basis that they do not exactly match the product image.
5. Ordering Process
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute order acceptance.
We confirm order acceptance via a follow-up email after reviewing your specifications.
If we cannot accept your order (e.g., pricing errors, unavailable items), we will notify you and refund any payment made.
Change requests must be emailed within 24 hours of receiving your order acceptance email. Changes may affect the total price, in which case we will inform you.
Cancellation requests must also be made within 24 hours of order acceptance. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to reject any orders at our sole discretion.
6. Delivery of Goods
Delivery of goods ordered through this website is available only to the United Kingdom. For other locations, contact us directly at hello@originaltotepancompany.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
Estimated delivery dates will be provided at order acceptance, usually within 20 days.
Delivery is considered complete when goods are delivered to the provided address. Responsibility passes to you at this point.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our control; we will communicate delays promptly.
Requested changes to delivery dates may incur additional charges. Non-accommodation of changes does not entitle cancellation.
7. Your Legal Rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected. For advice, contact your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
8. Price Match Guarantee.
We aim to offer competitive pricing across our full range of products. If you have received a like-for-like quotation from another UK manufacturer or supplier, we will consider matching their price before you place your order.
To request a price match, please provide us with a written quotation that clearly shows:
The competitor’s business name
The product description and specifications
The quoted price
The date the quote was issued (must be within the last 30 days)
Conditions of the Price Match Guarantee
The competing product must be identical in specification, size, and materials.
The competitor must be a legitimate UK-based business able to supply the product on similar terms.
The quotation must be genuine, current, and verifiable.
The price match applies prior to purchase only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Price matching is offered at our discretion and may not apply to clearance items, bulk-buy discounts, custom fabrication, or promotional offers.
If approved, the matched price will apply to a single order and cannot be combined with other discounts.
